DST

In indoor work environments heated using hot air systems, the need to maintain a temperature of around 18°C at the level where people are working poses a drawback in that a large amount of heat collects near the top of the room, heat that cannot be used and is destined to be lost to the outside.

The DST destratifier overcomes this drawback by generating a vertical stream of air which is able to reduce the difference between the temperatures at floor and ceiling level to about 3 °C. In warmer seasons the DST destratifier can be used to obtain effective ventilation.

Pre-painted steel sheet cabinet complete with adjustable aluminium louvers. Axial fan with safety grille. Two-speed Motor, 400 V three-phase version, tropicalized star-delta type, equipped with internal thermal protection, IP55 protection rating and windings in class F.

Overload cut-out: for motor protection, manual resetting. Regulation thermostat: connected to a contactor to allow the DST destratifier to be switched on and off at the preset temperature.
